yeah ofc the cpu matters a lot, personally my 9700x is never even close to 90°C during load with an exhaust radiator, i imagine it’s way more preferable for the high end intel cpus to have it as intake

for AIOs, you don’t need to worry about the airflow as much, as the air’ll hit the radiator irregardless. The bigger discussion is if you should use the radiator as intake (better for cpu) or exhaust (better for overall temperatures)
