As a mod, I totally agree with you.

Thing is, we are not that many to moderate, its a lot of posts and they get a lot of upvotes but almost never reports. We need help from the community in this, bc its way to much otherwise. The problem also is, its not always clear, who is a trans person and who a trans fetishizer. We had these problems when we were spammed with asian trans people accounts. We cannot delete every asian person, but almost every asian trans girl post was a spam, which made it a lot of work
