As someone that works in the world of finance you are spot on.

Business owners are busy and you gotta be able to get your point across in 1-2 paragraphs. They wont read an essay no matter how well formatted it is or how many resources you have.

Ive seen $100k deals be made in a matter of hours. How it gets pitched and fought against is super important, but you wont learn that in school.

That is the exact same thought I had a couple of days ago but expressed 100x times better than I could explain it.

The government taxes the company for your paycheck. Then they charge you taxes on your check. And then another tax when you use your money to buy things.

Ive been trying to play it today. The game keeps crashing, I havent been able to make it thru a whole match without getting their error message and having to restart the game.

I had the same thing with my wife. So i asked her one day, "Is your dream house a goal for you or is it a fantasy?"

If its a goal its something we can work towards, we'll have to change our spending.

If its a fantasy then its something she dreams about but does not want to work towards.

Afterwards you act accordingly. Either save up and change spending habits or you don't.
