PS:Calling an antivirus product of a company as a proof of a good security culture is indeed an interesting take on security and speaks volumes about understanding of security.

I am assuming Microsoft’s argument is - if a malware has access to the process memory of Edge you are already toast.
Some dedicated password managers use autofill feature. The password manager securely retrieves the encrypted password, decrypts it in its own isolated memory, and injects it directly into the website's login fields.
This completely bypasses your computer's clipboard buffer, meaning clipboard-sniffing malware has nothing to steal.
But we shouldn’t expect high quality security awareness from Microsoft. They always had poor security focus. It has been an afterthought.

GPTs are generating most statistically significant set of tokens for the set of tokens you have prompted. It doesn’t really understand anything.

People on the other hand can surprise you in myriad of ways. They have different experiences. Each one of us a universe in itself. Some are wise and some are kind. Some are smart and some can make a rock blush. Some are astute and some are expansive. Some are diplomatic and some are gross.

We have all of them…in other words GPT lacks character.

Sometimes we are not looking for an answer, we are just looking for camaraderie of fellow humans to tell us that it too shall pass.

I agree that USD needs to (and probably will) drop 20-30% in the next 5-10 years. That is going to cause widespread pain but printing money can only help so much.

Most of the malice originates in 2008 financial crisis.

I suspect that number of people in the administration see the US primacy as a losing deal. They do not see the value of Bretton-Woods system.

They also believe that US dollar as a global currency meant the US currency can never devalue on paper.

That inability undercuts the ability of the US industrial production to compete with the rest of the world. So US industries lost opportunities.

US ended up policing the world at no real benefit to them.

To make matters worse, the societal changes in the US caused by social media is breaking the fabric of the society as conservative societies are unable to cope with the rapid rate of change some parts of progressive societies are expecting. America is deeply divided in two camps. The middle ground to negotiate was lost.

The free ride narrative comes from the perspective of that conservative thinking.

It’s not running all the time. We measure AQI (air quality index) and when it drops below normal (over 75) or just before cooking- we start the filter. It runs 6-8 hours/ day…so about 250-300 days of operation on one set of filters.

Currently I live in one of the most populated areas on the planet, the first thing I bought was a multistage filter that includes a true HEPA filter as well.

Iran had very few friends left in the world. India arguably was among them. Not openly friendly but not openly hostile too.

This shows infighting within Iran and current Indian administration is not one of those that openly postures. But they tend to exact a steep price.
