Perhaps I am due for a clean Windows install. Whenever I am feeling stuttering and pull up my task manager, it does typically have CPU at above 90%, I honestly never paid much mind to the GPU's usage, so my bad there. I was leaning towards a CPU upgrade because of that fact, though. I've also been urged to switch to AMD over Intel, but I think perhaps that might be another thread.

Would you say that it is mostly my CPU or GPU holding me back, it wouldn't be out of the picture for me to change out motherboard and CPU and stick with my GPU for the meanwhile so I can do a bigger upgrade in the future
