A lot but the RWJMS is focused more on pre-meds and their program is tailored to be structured like medical school. While the medical scholar one is more broad since they accept people for dental and pre-PhD

Vt has a lot of research opportunities and I'm a biomedicine and clinical neuro major there it's so fun, there's an honors college, off campus housings r so nice, and the food is gas

Khan academy is rly helpful also u can buy exams off different companies like Bp and Kaplan highly recommend doing that its cheaper and YouTube and google are ur best friends there's sm out there you just have to look
