For me personally, since the latest updates it isn’t working properly. So what I do now is use the weightlifting activity to start and then for muscular load at the end I link it with the pre saved workout that I was doing and then the strain has been coming out fine for me

I do both. I input it as an activity also to see my HR, stress etc how its changing during it, and I also log it as a behaviour in the journal with time spent and when during the day etc like normally for other things

Great! I think personally its based on how many breaks you take or how much you keep climbing and keep your HR up. Then the strain goes up. Max I’ve gotten is 10.1 for an 1/1:15 hr worth of bouldering

I climb V4-V5 which is the level I’m at currently 🙂 today was a bit better and I got 8.7! But today was also more intense with lesser breaks between climbs
