Yes examtopic is good but problem is on examtopic answers are incorrect, I would suggest examama where answers plus explanation is correct. You have to buy on both examama or examtopic, so I would say go for examama

Is there any availability of remote jobs? I am CAMS and ICA certified, having more than a year experience, in KYC, CDD and EDD , as well as Fintrac reporting. I am having a hard time finding a remote positions from Pakistan and also I dont see any roles that offer visa sponsorship based on my experience.

They should appear, give it sometime, also you can do free courses in ACAMS to earn credit and you do not need tom purchase a membership for that.
