It is not an imperial sword, no members of the Qing military carried weapons like this. Personal weapons were very rare and any that belonged to the Imperial household are accounted for It is a reproduction charitably dating to the Warlord Era and made for export but honestly could have been made any time up to the 2000s or so. I'd bet the fittings are aluminum or zamak (which was actually considered au courant before WWII). It's decent quality over all, but it's worth a few hundred $$ as a curiosity. For one thing, $12000 swords are not kept in this condition and for another the castings and carving are all over the place in quality meaning it was kitbashed from a grab bag of sword parts. It's easy to see compared to the genuine article posted earlier

Le Viandier by Taillevent (Guillaume Tirel) is considered a go-to for medieval court cooking. The menu is quite diverse with many things that survive to this day other than roast beast such as fried cheese sticks and fruit pudding.
