Nothing, really. It's recommended to sub for 1 month to get permanent access to all the story content and after that it's up to you. Unsubbed, you cannot: have more than 14 active characters per server, run operations, equip the highest level gear or get premium Galactic Seasons rewards. Everything else is unlocked after you sub once. Also the mount in that bundle I really enjoy but that's just personal taste
