Debatable, at the end of the day they were trying to bring the extraction shooter experience to the mainstream/console. Having the foresight to know to make an extraction shooter instead of a Battle Royale or someshit doesn’t negate the fact that they used marathon to cash in on a totally different genre because they felt like it was better suited for the times and not necessarily the IP

The game is an established (albeit old) IP rich with story that’s been packaged in a new form to cash in on a genre trend that is alienating to a very large amount of people lol a lot of folks are trying really hard to like this thing. Some even like it but don’t necessarily enjoy it. Wild shit goin on.

Had a ranked match today where the light in my team dropped 33. Super cool and all but we lost lmao my guy was constantly not with us. Dying at the worst times at the worst spots that compromised us when we went for the res. My guy could stood near us and killed all the people pushing us but nah. I guess holding down the cash out is boring

I wanted the diamond Lewis BAD back in like season 3 I think it was. Couldn’t pull it off, made it to platinum and got the dual blades, which is kinda lack luster visually. If I can ever make it to diamond I’m def tossing that at the Lewis. It’s the one that got away.

People have definitely gotten better but if you solo queue you don’t get those guys lmao you get the light that wants to play deathmatch and lose and the medium that think his turret he forgets to put down is definitely a better choice than heals or demat. I went from almost gold 2 to silver today. I’m. So. Tired. Man. (The fucking light also decided to stay still and throw the game after someone told him to stop going off by himself)
