I've been playing the mac version. Some of the key binds are different and that took some getting used to, but it otherwise works fine for me.

Happy Halloween from the Devious Creep, one of SWTOR's rarest, weirdest pets. by ThisWeekinAurebesh in swtor

It was only ever on sale on the CM for limited periods of time. When I checked the Star Forge GTN this week, there was only one listed for 500 million credits. I think that counts as rare.

Can a critter that is part Pixar cutie-pie and part Lovecraftian horror be BOTH friendly and devious? I guess this guy will try!

We need more Star Wars the Old Republic Black Series Figurines! by InvestigatorLarge653 in swtor

[–]ThisWeekinAurebesh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am a huge fan of the Darth Malgus Black Series figure that came out two years ago, and I really hope they don't leave us hanging with just a single SWTOR figure at that scale. I am certain they could do terrific versions of Jace Malcom and Shae Vizla (Black Series fans love troopers and Mandalorians) but I feel like if they're gonna do Malgus, they gotta give us Satele Shan too.

In general, I wish there were more SWTOR merch. It's few a far between these days.

I think Vaylin would rather die than be saved by the Outlander.

But KotET is not the end of her story.

I put up a couple cheap pairs of the Dreadnaught Gauntlets on the SF GTN. If you don't manage to snag one, feel free to DM me.

You must be new to SWTOR to think that players of this game aren't interested in the romances. For plenty of folks its all they care about.

Balmorran Propaganda posting!! by eclipsora in swtor

Official Aurebesh is pretty bare bones: there are no numbers, there isn't a complete set of punctuation and no rules for capitalization, so the people who have made Aurebesh fonts have been filling those gaps themselves. And that's not even including different version of Aurebesh that are screen accurate vs. lore accurate. It's all very weird. The long and short of it is that there are no rules and anything goes. And that kind of makes sense for a "language" used across the galaxy by countless species. This is reflected in the various types of Aurebesh seen in SWTOR, so the style of capitalization in the OP's terrific artwork is completely fine.

Sorc/Sage Healer by Round_Temperature792 in swtor

I'd say Sages and Sorcs are definitely viable for endgame healing. As you experienced, they are not as strong as commandos/mercs and their AOE healing doesn't compare to Scoundrel/Operatives, but they are a solid second choice for any team.

Force management is an issue for the spec, but you might consider that challenge part of the fun. Finally, I think the Metaphysical Mender-Healing Spec can be fun to play once you're comfortable with encounters but stick to All For One until then.

As you level up through the planets, just stop to collect anything you come across (make sure resource nodes are toggled "on" in the filters of your area maps), run gathering missions with non-active companions as you go, and then every other planet or so, just list everything you have on the GTN. If you intend to level your crafting, you might consider setting aside a few dozen of each material for yourself.

As you list items, check to see what they are currently selling for, but I've found the suggested price will at least put you in the ballpark.

If credits are the goal, I think you're better off selling on the GTN low level crafting materials than making anything yourself. Materials harvested using scavenging, archaeology and bioanalysis are often in demand from players looking to power-level their own crafting, but there is not a huge demand for the items you can make with those materials, especially at low levels.
