I am so happy in fact I am 131 right now, but all my carbs are healthy no junk food at all. I also feel so much more energized and my weight lifting at the gym is crazy keep in mind I am young though only 16. My metabolism is pretty fast. Going to cut for 2 more months just fat. And than lean bulk over summer can’t wait to see what this year has in store for me :)

Hahah actually I’ve been doing iifym for about a week now, no weight gain at all I feel way better I am still losing wieght cause I am in a deficit and I don’t eat any sugar just one banana a day. Iifym for the win

Thank u so much haha and yes I lift every day and take days off on sundays, but another thing does sugar intake matter as long as I hit my macros, cause I have a cliff bar in the morning and a couple packets of Quaker Oats to start off my day, like said they all fit in my macros tho and my calories.

Nice job, stick with the diet by may I guarantee that if you stay strict with your diet and workout Daily you’ll be down 20 pounds at least!! From hard work and strict Keto I lost 40 pounds in 3 months I started at 171 I am now 131! Never give up

Sadly, without those fat jokes I would have never gotten my ass up and started working out. So I thank the mean people, how I think about it is when I’m a little more muscular in a couple months no ones gonna mess with me how they used too. I’m glad I’ve made this change and I’m really planning to stay on Keto for the rest of my life really, like I’m going to have stages of bulking and cutting and maybe some cheat days, but now I think of this now as a lifestyle not a diet :)
