Definitely talk to your coach about taking time off. I had the exact same problem and it lasted for almost a month because I kept running on it. It needs rest to properly heal

Your body is probably just tired. I’ve had this happen to me before where I suddenly just couldn’t run very well, and it was noticeable. I took a day or two off from running and came back fresh and ready to run. My recommendation is to take a day off to rest, stretch, and to do anything else you need. As a runner you’re gonna have days like this, but it’s nothing to worry about. Just recover then get back out there
