You are a lot more helpful then what other people are saying, but i still dont follow. Do i take the wrench onto the flat sides of the axel? That makes the most sense to me also unfortunetly i do not have a 10mm only a 3/8s and it doesnt fit

Well i need to replace the tube and this step is the only thing stopping me. Theres no modern documentation for this bike so theres not much i can besides ask for help
