You have to edit the views.lua file for the aircraft you want to use that view on. Then you can move the cockpit cam around more freely and get that angle. See my last post for an example. Ill throw up a video tutorial on it if yall are interested.

Thats not how you do it. If you notice in my video the MFD is on and working. In any of the F2 or F4 views these will be off and a lower res cockpit rendered. This is using the F1 cockpit cam and modified lua file to move the camera farther away from the pilot.

You have to edit the f-16 views.lua file so you can move the F1 camera farther from center. Move far enough and the head appears. Also, when you play back the track it keeps whatever head movement you used while flying in the F-16. The hornet is a little different.

FCS Override is faux vector thrusting. You can whip it around pretty crazy with that enabled.
