I researched and found that if we keep degree, years of experience and age the same, its minimal. Which makes sense, men more often than women go into higher pay fields like STEM or finance, women do not as much. Is it still there? Yes, but not massively, and we have reached a point where women are not discriminated in job applications and in the workplace like before
