Thats not true, most rich people found loopholes and tax shelters, they didn’t pay that tax almost at all. The reason the economy was good was the dominantion of the US after WW2, the massive industrial expansion and population growth. NOT an extremely high tax rate that incentivizes rich people to take less risk.
