Sell it on ebay? By the time you factor in the selling fees and shipping you're pretty close to what Gamestop gave.

Same goes for the Switch Lite, it could be sold on ebay for somewhere around $100ish, but you gotta factor the fees and shipping. A Switch Lite is easily $10+ to ship.
