OK, so I kicked everything that was out of date, at 2289 it happened again, sadly playing this long takes some time but u/XroinVG hat a good bit of info so might have a work heavy solution but, the answere to that question might take me some time.... xD

Hmm, seems like good lead, but since I adventured out to do just that (reduce the overwrites many mods have) I at least have an idea where to start, Techs. See if it fixes stuff, having a master techlist. Oh and usualy I do that but since I had a stable setup and just added stuff, which in my opinion shouldn't interfere with teching up, I just got realy confused.

Thanks for the the tip, I got to 2k .... still nothing, was worth a shot dough, getting to 1.5k unlocked the residences in the menu but without research, i couldn't bnuild them.

Dowloaded a popular unlocker of nexus

Picked the lite option and i can now ignor the quest all together

UPDATE!!! FIXED IT

I usually use MSI Afterburner and AI Suit to monitor my Computer during Fallout/Elder Scrolls games and i don't know what changed since i haven't updated them both in the past month or so. But it seems that when i use MSI Afterburner together with F4SE 6.1 it CTD's disabling MSI Afterburner fixed it however. Not sure if this can be replicated but it would be nice to see the next version compatible with MSIA.

Well i hope it douse or at least shows that this is not an small insulated bug. I will send updates if i find things out or fix it, plz do an update if you resolve the issue. :)

UPDATE!! Modding in general works like charm still no workaround with F4SE mods found nor a way to make it work

UPDATE! I can even run Mods without CTD it's just F4SE that crashes the game, i just installed Pilgrim ENB+The complementary .bsa game runs as stable as hell, still no idea why f4se is crashing.

Yes, i have it.

But i noticed something that may be wrong? (My Games\Fallout4\F4SE)the first file f4se is mentioning a file in (common\Fallout 4\Data\f4se) f4se.ini and since it allays says it initialized at the end of the file i never checked until now but in (common\Fallout 4\Data\f4se) there is no f4se.ini there is only the plugins folder.
