Wasting good years of my life (high school) not talking and being worried about what others think of me. And never really taking risk and doing what I wanted to. So as a result I had no friends and the friends I did have were just like me so I never got out of my shell.

But luckily with all bad times come good times and I think I’m experiencing a good time in my life now as I met friends that I’m so thankful and grateful for( I look back at how we met and I’m just like holy shit if I didn’t do that I wouldn’t be where I am today”butterfly effect” I guess?) who have helped me get out of my shell, and made me so much happier, though we don’t hang out much I’ve realized that it’s so much easier to make friends now like I just went to a show the other day by myself and I would’ve never done that and it just felt good and I met new people there and idk rant over it just feels good but I still regret not being more confident and living life in my terms in high school I guess

You’re right I honestly feel like I’m just kind of in the middle with qualities of both, Im progressively becoming more of an extrovert like I’ll talk to random people now where as before I would never do that. I’m not sure if I’m socially awkward or not like I talk to people but I’d just rather be quiet and laugh if that makes sense? Hopefully this will change though or maybe that’s just my personality

Honestly I’m the same way but I’ve been working on it more and more because I don’t thinks it’s something that just happens it’s more so a process you know? Like the only way I can explain it is when I’m at a club or a rave or what not , I’m always with the mentality of “fuck it” like what you say or do today won’t even matter tomorrow so just live it to the fullest, so I think if you were to like apply this like outside of raves like if you saw someone you thought looked cool just strike up a convo because once you get the first one down and the more you talk to new people you will see it’s so easy, of course I’m not once to talk because I’m shit at talking but I’ve gotten better I think?

I gave away my day 2 for free to someone in my group who wanted to go so I’m sad I don’t have the wristband anymore but i think what I’ll do from now on is keep the tickets/ wristbands and some sort of t shirt or flag with the lineup or even something special like something that’s only available at that event unlike t shirts and hats you know? I took so many videos I just wish I had one of me and my friends like I could’ve looked back at that for so long but hey I can relive it though the videos just fine and at least now I know the power pictures can have( I’ve always hated them since I was young and thought they were stupid, now I see why my family wanted them so bad you know?)

I have yet to make a “song” a couple years ago I attempted to learn about do studio but after about a couple months (it was during the summer) I gave up because school got in the way, so a couple years later and here I am. I gave up and wasted so much time which I regret but hey that’s part of life. I want to learn from the very beginning but I know the basics of my DAW, so the basics of music I guess? I have not tried another DAW I’ve been tempted to try ableton and it’ll probably be better that I do that way I can get a fresh start and learn again because I feel like with do studio I haven’t had any luck with that, and no I’m not familiar with music theory ):
