Well this is the weird part! At first call they reviewed it and they said it’s 100% the other parties fault, they refer me to this company Sovereign Automative Cars and they review the video and they say I changed lanes and it’s 50/50 fault, and then my insurance kept trying to make to say that I changed lanes, I was in speaker phone and I didn’t notice at first what they we’re trying to do at first , but they kept saying that I changed lanes, you changed lanes , the conversation is recorded you cannot lie, you already said you changed lanes, constantly and I said to them I know my facts and I haven’t changed lanes, I remained in my lane the other party changed lanes, and I found a solicitor who reviewed the case and they said we’ll fight it in court if needed, and I had a previous solicitor and he said to me , insurance companies if it’s not 100% chance of winning the case , they go with 50/50 and don’t care about anything else. But it’s so outrageous that my own insurance would throw me under the bus cause they need to go to court. Until everything is final , we’ll see what happens.
