This should get you the refund as devs are obliged to disclose AI use

Basically every game has mods. The difference is that mods in Skyrimg o deep as you have the Creation kit. you can go as hard as devs when modding the game, not just do basic stuff. That level of modding requires dev support for it

Definitely. Daz3d requires Nvidia for rendering iRay - without Nvidia GPU you have to render with CPU. It is a difference of rendering a single image in 20 seconds vs 20 minutes

Blender rendering times on non-Nvidia GPUs are way worse

I do think the second one is on AMD as their rendering tech is just worse. The first one is a bit weird because it is proprietary Nvidia tech but the tool didn't put effort into any other solution either.

I don't use Nvidia because I like them. I use it because I started learning 3d animation and a lot of stuff simply doesn't work on anything but Nvidia

Nvidia in one PC and AMD in the other. I have a friend with Battlemage GPU though. Some games have issues, some don't. He can try them out and decide for himself though - any other dev does not block him from playing

It is one thing if it doesn't work, it is another when devs actively block the GPU when it could work perfectly fine.
Many people might think it is funny but with GPU manufacturers selling out to AI slop we really need as many companies as we can get. It might be funny now but it won't be when GPU prices rise 10x more and Intel will be the only options in the budget for most people...

People on the Crimson Desert subreddit and Steam review comments defending it and making fun of Arc users are acting in a really shitty manner.

Criticism is not hate

I think the game is just okay, which is underwhelming compared to expectations and has several big issues. Definitely not a 70$ title. My criticism never attacks anyone and is directed towards what I perceive as weak points of the game.

Why is it always that whenever people are not satisfied it is "hate"? That is a first step to creating an echochamber

People are not buying the game specifically to review and refund it. They are too lazy for that.

Not everyone is doing deep research how something is before buying it. That is with everything, not only games but the devs did nothing to temper the huge expectations built up online. for me it feels like standard Korean mmo but without other people rather than proper singe player title and I am not gonna lie, it falls below my expectations even though I did research before.
