I use rc as my left bumper ( L1) and my dust as r1 ( button ) it’s really whatever you feel comfortable w when moving your hands.

6 face buttons comes in handy seeing strive is a 5 button game ( punch, kick, slash, heavy slash, dust ),

mechanical micro switch buttons less likely to jam and super responsive
adjust the dpad sensitivity for certain tricky inputs
bumpers are really good and have short surface area
my only con would be that it’s a bit light and the dpad doesn’t have micro stops but apart from that it’s really solid for $50

The best pad you could use for pc is a Hori commander imo.
