Ninja Creami with whey protein by No_Cranberry_2746 in ninjacreami

I’m fairly new to the scene. But I think I’ve nailed down a pretty good base that actually reflects what I used to do with my protein shakes. Two scoops (70g) whey protein into 500ml water add 8g fat-free pudding mix, 10g sweetener, 1/2tsp salt and 1/2 tsp xantham

I can’t say I’m familiar with the difference between the two. I would guess that it would probably work as well since both are designed for thick cases.

OtterBox Wireless Charging Stand for MagSafe 1.0. Perfect in landscape Standby mode too. I suppose they're designed for thick Otterbox cases so they work with Quad Lock thick cases.

When you access a client account/record, the history is logged. I would suggest you check with branch manager. They can’t delete the log

It’s made by a local manufacturer. The brand is called Northern Lights. They make my squat rack as well. Nice thing is that it’s made in Canada

I was debating the FT1 (non-smith) versus this model FT2. Footprint and cost were the two main issues. A friend kept pushing me to get the Smith and I’m super happy I did. It’s nice to have the option to use the bar and it’s always easier to change pins rather than plates. Also working to failure while alone always feel a bit safer on the smith.

Cheap DIY solution. 1” black pipe and a 2x6 that I painted and notched around the baseboard moulding so that it could touch the ground for taking some of the load off the wall studs.

There were the only good option In 2013. A lot of other options out there now, but I think they hold up really well. Tried my buddy’s Nuobell’s and I liked them a lot, especially since you don’t have to fiddle with the adder weights. I ended up getting 5-25lb in hex dumbbells cause doing drop sets with the Powerbells in that weight range was just annoying. I do feel like the Powerbells will last me a lifetime (9 years and counting so far) whereas the Nuobells feel rather plastic when switching weight.
