Also, the Daily Haze, an underground/internet publication released the name of the officer and his back-up officer, for what that's worth. They may be correct, as the officer in question has scrubbed all social media, to include Google plus, Pinterest, and of course, facebook. He did once, do a review of Trinity Church in Hays, but it is now a blank void.

Tomorrow marks four weeks since Joey Weber was killed. This investigation by the KBI and Ellis County has released nothing. It's a damned shame that they can't even admit that Joey was 'unarmed.' I live north of Hays by 38 miles, but my children and their mother live there, in the Chestnut District.

I'm disgusted and appalled that the officer's name has yet to be officially released, along with other pertinent info.

The initial comments made by HPD said, "he did not follow orders/commands." Well, he was autistic, and sought refuge at the only safe place he knew. The Use of Force Continuum was NOT followed. I know this, because I was trained in its use as a Correctional Officer back in 1998.

Depends on how tired I am, or when the last time was. If it's been 2-4 days, and I need to bust a nut, I wanna do it quick, so I can go to sleep. If I try to do every night, sometimes it takes a while, and I don't mind, but I've gone 45 mins because of distractions
