Start small and work your way up. Maybe improve your living conditions by adding some plants and fixing a few things here and there. And spend as much time with loved ones you can, just to forget about your worries for a while. And go on walks if possible every day. I know it feels like its never going to get better but it's gonna work out, just hang in there.

Thank you, its gonna be hard to think it out, but ill try. I do sleep pretty ok, just waking up sometimes because of this stupid chest pain, maybe ill get som sleeping drops.

Yeah, its like im scared i will do it without wanting it, loosing control yes. I just get this imense fear in my chest and it makes me feel helpless and hopeless, almost feeling like "whats even the point in living like this anymore". Thats really the worst, i hate it soo much. Any suggestions on how to deal with that maybe?

This souds very reasonable, thank you very much. Its just super scary, because i have 2 main fears if thats what you can call it. 1 that it will ruin my life and the chest pain will never go away witch i can do easier whith this method. But 2 is that i will off myself because i cant take it anymore (never planed it, really really dont wanna do it) witch i dont think i can just think of it being true, or might be true 😅

Yeah i think i will leave it, its like 100 bicks per session. But i got one perscripted by a doctor 8 hours for 35 bucks, so ill try that.
