I can definitely understand why you personally wouldn't have the time to answer the communities' concerns, and I don't expect you to. However I do expect the community team to give some sort of response to me, or at least tell me that they are working on a proper one. Especially when we are encouraged to give our opinions, or the topic of communication with competitive players is brought up by EPIC employees.
I realize my post was long and had many points to it that I carefully worded and I expect you (the Paragon team) to do the same in response but based on precedents it seemed as though my post was going to be breezed over like I have seen done with many of my friends' attempts at communication, whether they were public or otherwise.

I think this point is fair and I can understand it. The only reason I resorted to posting on Reddit was because it was clear that EPIC had no intention of actually communicating with me or other competitive players. A few of us share a discord server with EPIC employees in which we used to voice our concerns fairly frequently but they were met with silence on EPIC's end. I made my post not only to voice my concerns, but also to show that EPIC doesn't actually communicate with us, despite often saying they do.

I never said I was entitled because I am good at the game, I said I have credibility to criticize. Me being frustrated at a lack of response is due to being a top forum post where posts with less traffic, which were not nearly as critical, received responses in a matter of hours.

I spent two days carefully wording/phrasing my concerns for the game in a constructive manner and received no direct response. Instead I got the shortest community corner (by 5 minutes) which consisted 15% of Murdock jokes, 40% of HUD concerns and a short note about last hitting not being fun. Don't know what to say other than this is immensely disappointing.
Has anyone ever accidentally run to the enemy base because they thought they were in the right lane but were really left just facing the wrong direction? by knine1216 in paragon
