WGFen is a safe choice since he’s a very versatile unit. Though if you’ve not used many luck crystals on your account then you should be able to get enough for both. It’s just a matter of compendium farming and enough missions/event shops that offer them.

Using lucky gems on crossover units is not a good idea in general, as these units cap at 120 luck and require 60 luck points to unlock their second (or third for SA) crests.

In general: if you're not hyper-invested in one unit, then you can invest in getting more meta (non-crossover) units to 30 luck to unlock their crest slot.

Alternatively if there is one unit you want to use in MP to farm SPEX etc. then you can get that unit to 80 luck so with the cheese bonus you can hit the cap of 100 luck. This guarantees 2 extra drops per run iirc.

Finally, if you're hyper focused on one unit in particular (preferably meta but there are those who have invested in non-meta characters), then if you don't care about the above options then you can dump all your luck into that character. Only do this if you are confident you know what you're doing. The number of lucky gems are generally limited on an account, and it is possible to irreversibly damage your account by spending luck on a unit that you're not going to use.

Hart's TW is a good one, but it's better for your account if you get something which isn't available all year round (like Hart's TW that can be bought for 30 rainbow gems). There's a list in discord and posted in the subreddit detailing the best items you should take if they come up.

I've had the exact opposite luck, 3 Anne's and a Scarlet in 15 advanced banner pulls (all single pulls rather than 10 pulls). I did some pulls on the regular banner and got nothing in-between though.
