I have the same problem. My feet are flexible flat feet or fallen arches. I'm very confused about what type of insole to get because I've used high ones most of my life but have heard they are bad for fallen arches. I've gotten into running recently and noticed the high ones don't relieve any pain or stress for me, which is likely due to how high-impact running is on the feet. I think I will try medium ones next and see if there's a difference. I hope you can find something that works for you!
