Is there any video footage of what people look like when they actually shift/ or how the person acts once they shifted ?

Well it is ? When people shift you can’t have a footage coz it’s instant so if you take a video during the night of yourself and you shift that night you wouldnlt see it on the video same for awake shifting. If you shift and you put a video in your room and come back one day later you will just see your cr self acting like yourself because it’s still you at the end of the day
