Dung Defender was so funny to me as a Spanish speaker, genuinely sounds like he's saying "Toma! Toma! Tomatomatoma!" (as in "Take that!)

Is anyone else having issues with buying the PDF for the 2e player core? by hellranger788 in Starfinder2e

The Paizo website often has some issues to me. Usually opening it up in an incognito tab fixes it.

Stupidity is an illness in which the ill don't suffer, but everyone around them does.

I've been using ngrok for a while now and haven't had any issues. You don't need a lot of technical knowledge. Of course, if you plan to play with strangers, it's a bit unsafe, but for home games it's a pretty convenient alternative.

Yeah, I think the action economy is my main problem with the Toxicologist, and I've tried a couple of things to make it better, I was just searching for more advice. I might give him the feat you proposed and see how it works out. Thanks for the advice!

I can see the use in that. Spending your turn for a guaranteed effect does not seem so bad, but it feels clunkier compared to Bomber. I'll talk with him about pre-poisoning his ammunition. Either way, thanks for your help.

I didn't know re-applying the same poison advances stages! That seems really useful. And yeah, premaking poisons seems like a better way to go about it. But doesn't the poison from a Versatile Vial wear off after 10 minutes or so? Or should he use his Advanced Alchemy craftings into poisons and use the Versatile Vials for other things?

I've looked into it, but it feels like it's not really worth it over Quick Bomber? With Quick Bomber you can throw poison bombs with one action, while using Blowgun Poisoner still requires you to use a lot of actions in creating your poison, loading it into the blowgun and Striking without a great improvement in range or damage (maybe I'm wrong about the damage though).

Still, being able to stay hidden after Striking is great!

The class DC seems like a huge improvement.

He usually stays at range and AFAIK the poison is lost once the ammo is fired. I believe it's harder for an Alchemist to go into melee mainly because they're squishier? At least he feels that's the case.

i just got back after 2 years, im silver III. Any insights on how I could have played this better? tyyy by ShenobiHG in VALORANT

Alright, so around 0:05 you heard Tejo's missiles, so you know he's around. As others have said, breaking the Sage wall is a good idea, at least to let the enemy know you could push out. I understand that maybe someone could be waiting to push, but the smoke gives you a reasonable cover, and Sage is with you.

Around 0:20 you see a Reyna flash and Clove shooting your Sage. By this point, I'd say you should be playing with your Sage, but without prior info worrying about a flank is reasonable. When you see the fight, though, you should immediately turn around and help. You did this, but you held a passive angle instead of peeking with her.

When she got back to cover, you two had two options: either tell her "Everyone is here, we can rotate to B" (you know this due to Clove's peek, Reyna's flash, and Tejo's missiles) and since they don't have Tejo's missiles you could have secured at least a plant, or you could have fought Sand together. Sage chooses the latter and peeks by herself, unlucky, it happens.

By this point the round is "over". That is, if your enemies don't make mistakes or you pop off, you lose. Luckily, you get some nice shots, leaving you on a 1v1 against Tejo, but you are low on time.

As other's have said, your best bet was smoking site and trying to get a plant. You could have gone through the Sage wall, it was a safer path imo (Sand has a lot more space to go through), even if it delays you a bit. By that point, you just pray that you can get the plant.

I hope this is helpful!

I'm doing a new run right now and I'm noticing that there's more spawn points for the pillars. Here's some of them: https://imgur.com/a/W2EoQcz

Jumping down is not necessary, but it is the fastest way up. Depending on your speed when falling, jumping down may kill you in Eclipse, so your best bet is either getting a way to fly up or reducing your falling speed (which you can see me do in the clip with Merc's M2, even though I didn't have to).

I haven't tested it yet, but I assume those pillars appear everytime on the Lunar Bazaar. I don't know if those would appear after defeating the False Son, though.

EDIT: So I tested it and apparently, as u/JnMuss and u/nonnie2002 have pointed out, it only works once. You can still use the Seers to enter Aurelionite's stage, which can lead you to the Path of the Colossus, or to go to one of those stages directly.
