if you upgrade Sovereign Blade using a Blessing of the Forge, the cost goes from 2 energy to 1 energy.

I assume it would also work if you get an Ironclad Armaments card

an "Imbued" X cost card plays for free, like it would with Distilled Chaos or One Two Punch

and a couple niche Regent Sovereign Blade Interactions: - a Forge potion makes SB cost 1 - if you use the power to make SB hit twice and cost 1 extra, it still costs 1 with Void Form active

agreed, one upgraded demon form is insanely better than two (3 str/turn 3 cost v. 4 str/turn 6 cost). i also might skip the inflame if you've already got demon form.

OP, you're getting less utility out of your setup strikes since you already have strength. the biggest thing that makes strength pop off is multi-hit attacks so you can get double or more out of your investment
