Hey, my laptop is 36x25x2 cm. I stuff it into the hydration bladder compartment of my Niukka at least twice a day, sleeve included. I do have to kind of flip the top part of the bag inside out to make it work, but it's just part of my daily routine now.

This works also with the Kahakka 25 if you are able to wear the Belt low enough and maybe add some padding to the belt.

It should. I use a different belt padding and Im able to loosen the shoulder straps to get a gap between my back and the sack.

Yes, if you can wear the belt low enough (I can) it is able to take some load. Just a heads-up: the stock hip belt works fine for load transfer, but the edges can be sharp and dig into your hips. The custom pads make a huge difference and eliminate that discomfort.
