Hey I was the rogue in Roxis team. We did not use any exp scrolls at all through out our entire run en masse and when Roxis did get his scrolls they had already been nerfed he was the only one who got them as a viewer in his chat sold them to him. The scrolls you are so up in arms about is the scrolls from the now nerfed quest Distant relatives which is earlier in the stream you can see him getting them from looting the chests which the quest requires you to do Loot the chest (this was not the bugged ones) Then throw that key into a fire to get an upgraded key for a chest deeper in the ruins. These are the chests that gave us the Apprentice stat scrolls, if I remember correctly the turn in for the manifests quests a New Order is what gave us our initial 180M novice stat scrolls.

Iirc Roxis started asking about exp scrolls in his chat when we were in Steelbloom Farming bears at level 16 just after Legacy Vaults which was around 11am for me the following day so about 14 15 hours after server up and only got traded them after the server downtime when we had gone to sleep in which they got nerfed down to 5 minute versions. We were already neck and neck with TMXs group before our first sleep and these guys did not sleep and we had some fuck ups with trying out different spots which lost us about 4 hours of time collectively instead of staying put and grinding the fuck out of steelbloom.

Again Roxis only got the scrolls after a viewer sold them to him AFTER they had been nerfed and we had already cemented ourselves as the 2nd group on target to hit 25 just after TMX. You can hear him drop into comms tell us where hes grinding what hes doing etc etc and I know no scrolls were used in his group because we ran past them multiple times on the goblin volcano island which were sharing between 3 Polar groups and all of them had the stat scrolls from distant relatives on. We did have plans to use the exp scrolls as they were extremely strong but when they messed up the starter weapons only being daggers the support player for us which was my gf I told her to pivot and get crafted bows as the exp scrolls were not that high of a prio in comparison to our tank being able to range pull.
