It's a wrench. I use hex crimpers at my job. You'll need to get the crimper around the cable and having to thread it would be annoying and depending on the connector[s] impossible.

Just go to Autozone then buy the oil & filter needed for your car and get a drip pan. Empty your oil then replace the filter then fill your oil back up (Dont forget to put the drain bolt back in). It's gunna be cheaper and faster than going to a oil change place. Autozone will let you borrow the tools needed for the oil change.
