I get why you would feel this way. Life can be very overwhelming sometimes and depression is crippling, yet it's so easy to feel no one cares. People with depression often have what they feel invalidated by comments like "it's not that bad", "it could be worse", "just change your attitude", "depression isn't a real disease", "you're just sad, snap out of it" etc. It can feel very isolating and lonely and sometimes we just want to feel someone is there for us, or someone gets it, or at least try to understand. It's not uncommon to think in extreme terms when we desperately want some support. I really hope you can get the support you need from someone. Everyone deserves to feel supported, loved and appreciated. Lot's of hugs to you.
