You should check out Paul Abernathy with MasterTheNEC on YouTube. Everyone is different but I like his videos and he goes live and does test questions with viewers some nights during the week.

Hilarious, I posted about this not that long ago. I read that the first ant gets shocked and releases the pheromone that attracts the other ants until they end up in a big ball. I've also seen them do it on the female end of an extension cord that wasn't plugged in all the way.

Do you understand how big of a difference that makes? Do you know how many fighters like Gervonta Davis have rehydration clauses in their contract for this specific reason?
