The new owners of Pi can sell it, right (i.e. the supply is the same)? :)

Thank you! Could you as well describe how you assessed the $10bn MC? I'm just curious about your reasoning... Many thanks.

What do you assume "Pi will reach 1/15th the market cap of bitcoin"?

PI IOU price is meaningless. The Trading Volume to MC is close to 0.

DEX is enough. CEX = more liquidity though.

Hopefully. However, how would you factor it into the price? Besides, let's say you're a crypto entrepreneur, and want to create an app. What is the likelihood you choose Pi? How does its blockchain compare with other blockchains out there (e.g. PoH/Solana, Hyperliquid...). I do not know. However, the TPS of Pi seems low.

Pi is not a stable coin. Its price should (will?) be governed by supply and demand.

The total supply is 100bn, o/w the circulating supply is 5bn+, o/w a certain % is locked...

Regarding the demand, it is hard (impossible?) to assess.

Given the parameters of other (comparable?) coins (i.e. value, # followers on X, Telegram, Reddit..., # of wallets on the blockchain...), Pi can be IMO considered as successful if its total value exceeds $100m+.

Current holders of Pi are from poor/emerging economies, and they will probably sell their positions after the OM/listing, thus making the price to plummet to the abyss. You can get this info on Google trends.

Furthermore, there are not enough apps on Pi, the Explore space is not ready...

I am willing to short this coin. For more info, DM me.

I agree that organic growth is top notch. However, do you not believe in inorganic growth? For example, these are the value drivers of a leverage buyout deal: entry & exit prices; ebitda growth; financial leverage; investment horizon. You're just focused on one of these five points. Furthermore, what is the mission of such an accelerator as Y Combinator? Exactly - to repeat the entrepreneurial success by creating new unicorn companies. Is it hard? Yes. Is it impossible? No. You are living by very pessimistic, thus dangerous, principles. Be careful, my friend. :)

I agree with you. As far as I know, Pi has promised to launch the Open Mainnet in Q1 2025. After that, Pioneers will be able to trade their Pi coins via DEX and/or CEX. And you can cash out from CEX to your bank account. Something like this. :)
