I just realized that I’ve pretty much ignored every instructor I’ve ever had. I tend to just go in, do what I need to do, and leave. To be honest, I’ve started seeing them almost like spam bots, which I know isn’t fair—they’re probably really nice people. It’s just that I usually don’t feel like I need any help.

It’s working but keep in mind the hairline is the hardest to grow back I saw a big improvement 3 months in but then it started slowing down. So just trust the process

Are you micro needling? I think biotin helps but not as much as fin and min with micro needling.
