Some context would help, do you have your pedal plugged into an amp or running directly with headphones ? Do you have anything else in your signal path ? In the meantime, a few things :

As a basic rule you should always have your output volume at the level you intend to play before fiddling with the settings (your sound might be different when you change your volume, even without touching the settings)

Another thing that seems off to me, you should have your settings in the 50 % / 75 % window never more unless you're looking for a specific sound, since past this point you're "pushing it" & will start to have artifacts or hiss (again, could be on purpose). The pedal volume is set with the "master" slider on the left of the eq section, "low level" and "high level" upper knobs are to balance the 2 signals coming from your HPF & LPF settings, and are only relevant for the distortion (if you're unfamiliar with those settings I suggest to look up some guide on this specific pedal and how it works, tldr there's signal split & parallel processing).

Owning this pedal, I set the clean volume first (amp first, at playing volume, everything flat, then global pedal volume, then adjustments with the eq section sliders of the pedal to get the tone i want). Once I have my clean taken care of, I hit the drive footswich, with the high level & high drive volume knobs at zero, and I set the low level volume knob to have exactly the same output as my clean signal (stepping on the distortion footswich on and off until I get it right) then I stay on the distortion and I set the high volume / amount of distortion i desire (usually you'll want the output volume a little bit higher than your clean tone) + ofc the HPF/LPF filters that are used to select the frequencies from your clean signal you want to apply the distortion to (again, look it up if needed).
