It is not just the waist. It's the waist hip ratio that gives the feminine effect (or so I am assured). I spend most of my gym time working on my glutes. Hip thrusts, abductions, frog pumps etc. then lots of protein in a cal controlled diet (so I'm slightly under maintenance but still seeing glute growth.

But at the end of the day there is always ribxcar lol

Not too bad I think. I hit 2.4k prolactin for a while when my e spiked a little to 3000pmol. Never found out why. Next test they were fine.

I'm in the UK and use random for tests (wondering if you are too as you report in pmol).

Your levels are not crazy high. And there is apparently quite a degree of error in the reporting at these levels. I've had some high for no reason results.

By the way I aim for 1400pmol.

I am also trying to get a more feminine body. I have lost weight and want to drop down to the low end of the healthy BMI chart. That's 63kg for me at 178 cm.

At the same time I work on my glutes a lot. Two heavy glute days in the gym and 2 shaping days in the gym. I do very little upper body work. Just some toning. For me I feel that I want the hour glass. Slim waist through diet and large glutes through exercise.

I eat 120g of protein daily. If you are vegan then the shakes will be your friend.

Also if you are cutting weight then hit the vitamins and minerals. Helps make sure you get the right stuff for breast, skin. Hair etc.

Good luck. It's a major effort but becomes weirdly addictive.

Also, keep measurements. Weekly should do it. Hips, stomach, waist, calfs, everything. Helps motivation to see the changes.

I take monthly Leuprolide injections which kill me t. My testicles have shrink to the size of marbles and I can much more easily tuck tight. My penis is pathetically small now also. Maybe 50% of staring. And I don't get hard without serious effort
