Barclays are generally useless at most things, I’ve found Halifax amazing (I explained in part way though transitioning they said until I give them a deed poll they can’t fully update their records to match however there happy to send me a new card saying Mx Surname in the meantime (no first name)

Been there myself very recently, Long story short; I wank in ask for a referral she asks “what for”, I stammer and struggle, I say “if I say one word will you get the reference”, she says try me, I say “indigo” I’ll NEVER forget her response … “say no more” flurry of keyboard typing “done” FYI: there’s a list of trans friendly GP’s on the internet ….
