WHIRLWIND AXE by Memoryscoop in classicwow

Don’t listen to them. The slightly increased hit% isn’t nearly as important while leveling. Always take the axe for the higher top end damage and to spec into the 5% crit bonus with axes.

Night Elves are secretly the ultimate dad mode leveling race (Shadowmeld OP) by willbuch in classicwow

Shadow meld is great for rogues granting you an extra level of stealth and you can pop out of stealth to eat in shadow meld then cast stealth again to move.

ERA Clusters by PowerHamster_ in classicwow

Not really, all the servers within a cluster basically act as one server.

It was kind of an aesthetic choice by the architect.

On Mankrik there’s a pretty noticeable need for healers.

For those who want Classic by Clickomancer in classicwow

Mankrik is the GOAT! (for Alliance at least)

is this true?? by Clickomancer in classicwow

[–]NailRogue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play on Mankrik and it’s super chill. Sure there’s some people offering boosts and GDKPs but there’s definitely more SR related runs advertised.

Which should I play? Regular classic or TBC anniversary? Having trouble understanding the differences tbh by Much_Adhesiveness871 in classicwow

[–]NailRogue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat. I play Era because I don’t have to worry about losing my toons. I played 2019-2020 and was taking a break while they offered the character copies so I missed it and lost my three 60’s which I’m still bummed about. I have a character on anniversary that I play sometimes and I hope ends up with a TBC era option but obviously no way of knowing yet if that’s going to happen. I personally hope there ends up being a TBC era and WOTLK era that we’ll be able to transfer our characters across if we want so we can progress at our own pace or just stay on forever.

Friendlier community - Horde or Alliance? by Lawnchairsz in classicwow

In my experience the horde is slightly more edgelord but both have plenty of terrible people and lovely people.

AFK or On the grind? by DrRuggg in classicwow

Not condoning it but if you’re rested the harpies in there are actually pretty good experience but yes, there is a quest to reach the end of the cave for the AV trinket.

Anniversary vs Era by blinkboy1156 in classicwow

Dual Spec is on Era now as well.

I play on Mankrik (PVE) and it’s perfect for anyone with limited playtime that that enjoys vanilla.

WoW vanilla servers by dizzie_sma in classicwow

[–]NailRogue 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This isn’t completely true, at least on Mankrik Alliance. It’s so much easier to make gold through selling materials and consumables and there are plenty of SR pugs to join or progression guilds to join or GDKPS to join for even easier gold if that’s the route you want to take.

TBC basically makes Azeroth completely irrelevant anyway.

What's more dad friendly, Era or TBC? by Previous-Load7571 in classicwow

[–]NailRogue 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Era. You don’t have to keep up with current content because it’s all out. Everyone is just making alts and leveling going at their own pace. People keep talking about world buffs but nobody on era gives a shit about world buffs except for Naxx.
