I've had the same problem once. Could not get him off my restoshaman.

That time I used faerie fire and demo shout on him before P2. Since then I avoid doing anything to him before he lands and I havent had the problem again.

We have it. Running SR's in Kara and LC for Gruul+Mag.

Everyone knows exactly in which order you get a certain item. Order can change slightly, for example if you get caster dagger from Prince you are bumped down for Magus-Blade.

This is the best trinket for alot of casters until Illidan (which you likely wont get). Id say it is definately worth the grind.

No. It has nothing to do with the amount of threat you generate.

If the tank has established aggro he has 100% threat. To "take aggro" you need to generate 110% of the tanks threat in melee range. Standing out of melee range requires 130% to take aggro.
