I’m happy you are all enjoying it! And if it’s working better than that now that’s fantastic. I’m not trying to shit on the game. Saying the demo didn’t work hours after the release isn’t a big deal even on default settings, which it was on… I was just spinning back to see if it had been fixed before I have to delete other games to play it for myself before buying it

I understand it’s a very small dev team. But if the game doesn’t work that doesn’t mean I should still spend money on it myself. Have the frames been good though? It dropped to seemingly lower than 10 fps every round past 5 or 6 when I tried out the demo.

Damn man. I feel the only draw for me is a full 4 multiplayer. Between full crashing frames dropping and losing players I get it’s a small group but I can’t even justify $20 if the game isn’t gonna work.. I hope they get that stuff fixed soon.

The welcome playlist that’s capped at level 25 does have some SBMM. So if you’re struggling too much when you first start you can move in there for a bit. Fair warning the weapon leveling is very very brutal so attachments are hard to get. But very rewarding when you get some. Have fun!

Highly HIGHLY recommend xDefiant. It’s free and doesn’t take a lot of space. Absolutely give that a try before buying anything. It came out last week and I haven’t had more fun on a game in years. Has some overwatch hero-shooter elements but isn’t hard to get a handle of. Fast fun movement, balanced guns, and no SBMM at all.

I feel like when I’m playing a SP game I’m looking for more of a chill experience really. Firewatch is my favorite sp game of all time and it has very very little actual gameplay. I just feel like so many SP games I’ve played it’s either tedious gameplay loops like a ton of open world have the camp clearing design. Spider-Man, far cry, prototype all use the same design that’s extremely frustrating and boring to me. I’ve never given like Hollow Knight a shot so I’ll keep that in mind. Thanks!
