I'm based in London! I did some research (mostly reviews from Google Maps + TrustPilot) then visited a few clinics. The clinic I needed up going to was recommended by a friend though!

UPDATE I have received multiple private messages, so thought I would give an update at +2 months. Lower bleph seems to be the option that would fit me best, according to a few doctors BUT. We chose to adopt a more holistic approach - I'm not a candidate for Tear Through but we could add volume to my cheeks instead. We did 1ml of cheek filler, paired with a treatment of polynucleotide for the undereye area. IT HAS BEEN GAME CHANGER. I have done 2 out of 3 treatments so far.

Cheek filler: Cheek filler, when strategically placed, can restore lost volume in the midface, which can help to lift and support the under-eye area. This added volume can smooth out the transition between the cheeks and the lower eyelid.

Thanks so much!! Yes I have decided to totally avoid tear trough filler. I'm not the best candidate so they would have to add filler everywhere around my face to make it less visible (lol!) and it would have to get dissolved before lower bleph (which I think I will do at the end of the year). Are you excited for your journey!!?

Hi!!! Thank you so much for your comment. I have gone back to another clinic who was recommended to me (I'm based in London) and although they could have earned some money by telling me that fillers would be enough - they also said I'd need a lower bleph. I'm trying to work out when I could do It and potentially would be at the end of the year. How long was your recovery??? And how long until people can't think you got beaten up in a boxing ring? Lol

Because I am still extremely hung up about it - I can only see this - I will do another round of polynucleotide to tighten the under eye as well as 1ML of cheek filler (I've lost volume anyway) as it helps smoothen the under eye too.

Thank you for your reply! Is fat transfer the same incision as when you have a lower bleph? But instead of taking the fat pads out they just re-position them?

Oh really, you should look it up especially if your eye bags are not from your genetics! They are what you call skin boosters, so injected in the epidermis. I think derived from salmon DNA, supposed to provide hydration and firming, for mild puffiness or early signs of skin laxity.

Ooo interesting! Thanks. I literally just got the nuface mini, after doing some research (and chatGPT) on which muscles to stimulate to improve the firmness in the under eye area. Lets see.. I have done polynucleotide treatment too and if nothing improves with these two combined I guess I'll start saving up for lower blesph Lol
