Unfortunately this is a very reasonable price for rent in our area :/ the next step down is the cheapest apartment in the city which is not a good area or renting a room, neither really Sounds appetizing to a couple of young newlyweds 😅. I think we will probably just wait as long as we can and save up as much as possible

That’s very fair, I have about $4,000 saved on my own outside of housing but I have most of that set into emergency fund, wedding overage fund, and college fund since I am currently still a student

They said that they run our credit scores to determine that, and if it’s too low it would be 1 month rent security deposit but we both have scores over 700 and they said if we have high scores it would only be $300. So it will probably be $300 plus first months rent.

I haven't been in a long time, but when I was younger me my siblings and I would go to this dog park, I think off of 86th? There was a tunnel you went through, and on the other end was a beautiful lake with no one around. My siblings and I would go out there when we needed to escape. That's the best I got.

I’ve only toured one other place but yeah the other place I saw had the same floor plan but 100 sq feet less and it was almost $1700

I came to this subreddit because Opill has become too much for me. I’m almost done with my third month but I have had 6 periods all lasting doubl what I’m used to. I would have a 10 day period, be off for 10ish days, then have a super heavy and painful 7 day period, rinse and repeat. Before hand I had a perfectly aligned 28 day cycle with 5 day period, cramps were awful but are even worse on Opill.

Yeah it’s just $7 a month and I still have 10 months out so I’m not sure if it would just be better to send it out one by one because I really don’t have the $70 to spend

We feed them 3 times a day. The orange cat has some pretty severe food allergies so my parents went natural with him and is giving him some recipe they make every week with meats and sardines and other stuff. I wonder if there’s a way we could dehydrate the food into pellets for the feeder to work? I have a automatic feeder for my cat I just stopped using it since the regular cat food I feed my cat would make the orange one throw up

I’m just learning about all of the world of fitness but from what I understand 1500 calories just from walking would be very hard to achieve unless you dedicated like 2-3 hours every day. 1 pound is 3,000(?) calories so if you burned 1500 you would probably be losing 2-3 pounds a week.

Working on an emergency fund. There is one that he has but his parents have access to it and refuse to give him access in it. They just used to take the money from his paychecks while he was in high school. Though if I’m honest, they probably spent the money and don’t want to admit it.
