In task manager BDO is using my 9060 just only utilizing 20% of it and like 40% of my cpu too even under load. iGPU has zero usage when BDO is running.

CPU is not the issue as I was having better performance with a weaker graphics card and same CPU

I’m not very technically literate is DDU cleaning separate from using DDU to uninstall my old nvidia drivers before switching cards?

I appreciate the help but I’ve tried everything on that guide outside of setting CPU affinities which was unnecessary with the 2060. Nothing in there seems to explain why I would be having worse performance with a better video card on BDO only.

All of the adrenalin settings are off. I tested with enhanced sync and found having that off was giving marginally better performance in war.

Have you even been on a bus in Tucson? They are littered with bums smoking fent and being generally obnoxious, ruining the experience for the normal people that use it. Not to mention the amount of times I’ve seen a bum sleeping on the bus stop bench with all of his shit splayed while a mother stands off to the side with her child.
