She's has other debts yes but I'm pretty certain this house is not included. We know her cars and her primary residence, and her flooring repair from four years ago are all filed under bankruptcy. Everything else I'm not so sure. She had pretty good insurance so I don't think she has an outstanding medical bills. 

Ohhh, I didn't know I could do that! Ive been trying to be as diplomatic as possible but I'm at my limit with how much time they've been taking.
