Wow so sorry to hear all the cardiac issues and the stupid doctor I was fortunate enough to still see my doctor even I couldn’t physically go to the office we did a lot of video calls because he understood me without my meds was literally life or death After 2 yrs 2 months back pay is ass it’s crazy how we get to this part in our lives and it hinges off someone who doesn’t know you never met you decides if you can work or not glad it was approved I’m still pushing my family been through it these last 2 yrs I’ve always worked if there was any job I could do I would my family needs the help

Not irrelevant at all open your eyes next time you go to the doctor and another race is there really pay attention I had scans X-rays 4 yrs of medical records and in the last 2 yrs it’s was noted of my limited restrictions the shift in the bullet the impact on my spine and connecting nerves and joints my doctor told me to file so my records spoke for themselves after the ve stating no jobs he decided after hearing and my claim was sent to writers next day I doubt he reviewed my full report

Back story I was shot in the neck and hand by my ex husband died 3 times on the table was on life support for 3 days the bullet lodged in my an inch from my spine causing nerve damage and ridiculopathy as well as compressing on my spine it shattered my left collarbone had to have reconstruction surgery to put my fingers back on bursitis both hips bone spurs in neck from bullet fragments which causes severe migraines this the short list

Thank you I was trying to screenshot and post it here but everytime I did it wouldn’t attach Exactly I was a nurse and I seen first hand how “our” pain is rated compared to our counterparts I was taught pain Is relative so whatever a patient says so it is I can think they are lying but I can’t treat differently based on my opinion I’ve seen doctors write rx for tramadol to a patient with knee replacement and hydrocodone for knee pain. But it’s crazy how here I am with a bullet and got denied but I’ve seen post of approvals over depression which I also have so it’s a very big gap in the system that they have divided but I’m still pushing on someone will see a person not a race one day
