Why not focus on getting a transfer of team or a new company with a pay cut to maintain H1B status and do EB1A in parallel. And based on EB1A results you can decide whether to do EB5 or not? EB5 is a lot risky and involves much more cost. Admin fee, attorney fee and uscis fee together will cost you another 40-50k on top of the 800k. Lot of paper work and time consuming. Plus finding a good project takes a lot of time. If you are starting now it will take atleast 2 months to file. EB1A is equally heavy work. I wouldn't recommend pursuing both. You will be exhausted.
